Company Profile
China Logistics Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Logistics Co., Ltd.") is a mixed-ownership enterprise under China Logistics Group, tasked with the specialized operation of civil logistics and special logistics for the group. As the group's representative enterprise for developing modern logistics, it integrates services such as road and rail transport, multimodal transport, international freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution, production and sales, supply chain finance, and ferrous/non-ferrous metals trade into a comprehensive logistics industrial group.
Established in 1988, Logistics Co., Ltd. completed its joint-stock reform in September 2016. After nearly 30 years of development, the company has set up 75 branches across China and built large logistics parks in over 30 hub cities. With more than 3,000 employees, it manages approximately 6,667 acres of land resources and operates about 2 million square meters of warehouse space. The company boasts more than 10 customs-bonded warehouses and storage yards, three inland river ports, and integrates various social transportation resources. It is equipped with over 500 loading/unloading machines and 31 dedicated railway lines with a total length of 21,927 meters.
To enhance the industrial clustering and value-added functions of its parks while improving standardized management, Logistics Co., Ltd. launched the "Park+" strategy—combining internet-driven thinking with modular business function layouts—to provide one-stop logistics services for domestic and international clients.
Since 2011, and particularly since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Logistics Co., Ltd. has adhered to the Party's leadership, seized new opportunities in state-owned enterprise reform, and upheld innovation-driven development principles. As a pilot mixed-ownership reform enterprise under China Chengtong Group, it established a modern corporate governance structure, implemented management equity participation, and leveraged capital markets to continuously strengthen its financial capacity and operational capabilities.
